The team is very busy atm so please give them some more time fully understand they are busy but some communication confirming this issue is being looked at and regular updates to keep owners up to date on where they are. this is not the first time we have been here and the brand is getting bigger so its even more important that people are kept up to date on what the known issues are and when the next update will be. just my two penny worth

thirsty no complaints about the mods on the site, you guys do a great job. This is very much a OBD11 Support issue hopefully they will come back soon.

Android V9, Phone Sony Xperia, Car Seat Leon 280 Cupra with engine CJXA using Next Gen device. Doing some work on live data and came across the following points 1/ forum.obdeleven.com/thread/7317/live-data-negative-nm-values?page=1&scrollTo=32289 not sure if this is an error but dont feel right to me 2/ For Control Unit 09 I noticed some duplicate's Parking light Parking light - they look the same but this one did not bring back any results it just keeps spinning Daytime running lights Daytime running lights - These both seem to produce the same output I had been doing a lot of offline viewing of the live data in various control units. I then went in my car (once i had seen the duplicates) turned the engine on (its cold) and then connected to the car Firstly I got the silly error saying this user is not authorised to use this device. Tried again and got the Create password setup come up. Closed it and then went to app and force stopped it. Logged back in and it worked fine.

Just to give some feedback to people reading this thread I have (on a sunday evening) just had the dev support team contact me to ask for some more details on some other issues i have raised so they are looking at stuff, just need to be a bit better at letting us all know current state.

Can I just say that as a pro user who has paid a decent sum for the dongle and pro licence, I don't appreciate the pop up ads asking to rate in play store or advertising the next gen deals. The last one I had to wait 3 seconds to even X it off?? There really should be no such popups in a product like this, it cheapens it tremendously.

android v 9 offline usage no internet connection.
was testing the car name change to see if I could get it to not update and I managed it. Still trying to confirm when and how so will do that later.
However what I did notice is when you are working on the app offline (eg not connected to the car) with no internet connection and you select a car from the garage.
If you try and open the History, Apps, Gauges, Manuals, Charts, Control Units & Parts Market (beta)
Then you get an error message ATTENTION - Check Network Connection this is a sensible warning and makes perfect sense.
However you can go into the Info section and do updates, but obviously these don't hold because you are not connected to the database. The Engine and Equipment code section also fail as they cant do a lookup against the database.
I would suggest this part of the app should also display the same error message.

Not sure about others but version 16 won’t load on my kindle Fire. Version 15 not working now either.

By the way, I am in Taiwan and cant update by google market. Today I buy a Nextgen device from Romania Distribuitor. So I received the package and I wanted to scan my car...but issue appears.
Description of bug: Cannot connect Android app with the dongle on Android 10 that runs on Pixel 3a. Android software version: Android 10 Phone: Pixel 3a Dongle variant: Nextgen Car: Vw Golf IV 2002 1.6 16v AZD Engine
Solution. Found an Xiaomi Mi A1 with Androdid 9. Logged in my account. Connect dongle with the app / phone. Log out. Go to Pixel 3a and found in the list the Nextgen. Now I can connect to NextGen in Android 10 - Pixel 3a.
