Hi guys,
I am experiencing an issue with my OBDELEVEN device the last three days now and as per subject Device not responding! All the lights working perfectly and my phone can find the device on the Bluetooth! When you press Connect for some reasons says not responding! I bought the device February 2020 with the pro version via a E-bay seller and now it seems like he has shut down his business as I can’t find the seller the last two days to communicate with for further assistance! Also I tried all the suggestions providing from the main dealer and still have the same issue! Has any of you had same issue before and how you solved it? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Most likely the problem is not solvable, I have been trying to solve a similar problem for two months now, but there is no technical support for Obdeleven, it simply does not answer my questions.

Hi there,
it seems that your device is faulty. You can also try to test it with another vehicle, but if it still will not work, it means that the issue will be with the device itself. In such case, the seller should provide you the warranty replacement (if you still have it).
