Guys - is there server issues at the moment - I tried to load a change with my Iphone and nothing happened.
I cannot login on an android device - i password reset and still get an invalid password message.
And if I try on my laptop to log into the dashboard - I get the loading 3 dots and nothing?

I have managed to log in with both android and ios so looks like its sorted now.

I tried to do a password reset about 10 minutes ago and still haven't received the email. It's after midnight in Lithuania, so I'm sure they figure it out in the morning.

you are best raising this issue via email at support@obdeleven.com or via the chat system on the web site.
support dont spend a lot of time here

I did raise the issue with support via the chat and I can't tell if they are brushing off the issue. They sent me a password reset email last night at 2AM. I clicked on the link, reset my password, received a success screen, then tried to login with the new password and it says authentication failed. I then tried to use the forgot password link and I'm not getting a password reset email. The fact that I'm not getting the reset password email makes me think the issue is not just something wrong with a few accounts. Hopefully more people raise the issue with support so they take it seriously and fix the issue.

ed0 are your trying to do an account password reset or a dongle password reset
