When I first bought the car it said there was a misfire, I cleared it and re scanned it again and it didn’t pop up again, but when I go to live data and go to number of misfires in cylinder 1-4 it tells me I have misfires and those cylinders so why doesn’t it say I have misfires when I scan it? My engine light is not on either so idk if OBD11 is accurate or is there really misfires

As far as i know a misfire fault only appears if enough misfires happened in a specific amount of time. That's why your check engine light is not on either.

hmmm...... AFAIK (happy to be told otherwise), clearing errors doesn't reset the number of misfires/1000 injections value - which is a cumulative number (so historic). In fact, I'm not sure that the number can be reset back to zero - meaning that the way to use the number is to make sure that it isn't increasing!!!
