I lowered by 2017 Audi S6 and my headlights no longer self adjust on startup. I found instructions on how to reprogram them to do so, but I need to use control unit 55. I was able to add the control unit, but when I try to access it it is not responsive. Any ideas?

Tex I would drop the support team a message as the 2017 setup is different to the previous models so on some adaptions the code does not work. If you are US based please let them know that as the light setup is different I think.

I reached out to them and they informed me that on the post face lift models, control unit 55 is integrated into control unit 9 for U.S. models. I thought I would post that information here in case it may help someone else. Later this week I will see if I can make the necessary adjustments in control unit 9 to get my headlights to auto level again, as right now after lowering my car my headlights are in a fixed position. However, the instructions I have utilize control unit 55 in this regard, and likely will not be the same for control unit 9. Once I figure out the process for control unit 9 I will post the process on this forum. In the interim, if anyone has had success making adjustments to control unit 9 in this regard kindly post the process used.
