If the new MIB does NOT have SATNAV, Byte 24, Bit 2 should be 0.
As for the reason for the error remaining -there are 25 x Bytes on a MIB and each Byte has 8 x Bits (think of each Bit as a switch) that can be either 1, or 0. So, the MIB has 200 x Bits (switches) in total and each switch must be correctly set. You has just changed ONE bit that was incorrectly set!! It's very likely that the error is caused by multiple incorrectly coded Bits in the new MIB
Look again at my comparison table - each difference in my table between the old/new MIBs is a potential reason for the error (but not necessarily so)!!
