Component Protection and the effects

BCM - Central Electrics - Component Protection.



Hi,

Can someone please confirm that the following:



Until CP is removed from a BCM certain things won't work or worn't work properly i.e interior lights, remote locking etc (dash lights are dim also).



All coding completed as per previous BCM so I presume it's CP limiting the functionality?

Then the CP is not fully removed. It should work perfect iff removed on the right way
