hmm............ does a European (RoW- I assume) VW golf variant R mk7.5 have a second rear fog light? I had thought that these cars were fitted with only 1 x rear fog light (i.e. the fog-light position on the other side was blanked-off on the housing)

Well it is in the standard LED don, and also there’s no wiring to it,

Well it is in the standard LED don, and also there’s no wiring to it, OK I'm fairly certain that it's the same for incandescent rear fittings too. Then I hope that it is agreed that the answer to solanomor's question is hardware related, rather than a coding matter. For incandescent fittings, the tried-and-true method is to use a dremel-tool (or similar) to carefully cut-out the blanking plate in the reflector housing, buy a lamp holder with the copper parts for the second fog-light (if the lamp holder for the "other" fitting doesn't have these copper-parts) and run a wire so that the electrical circuit looks like this:
Note: I've shown the coupling point as being on the rear hatch, but in reality the new wire can be connected anywhere suitable on the existing fog-light wire

I dont think there is a second rear fog LED installed but hidden and not wired. (Saving costs for VW)
I think changing the whole unit to an lhd (Great Britain) unit and cross-wiring from left to right.
Cutting out pieces like with the old incandescant lights isn't working with leds - you likely won't get suitable spare parts.
Even in the prefacelift I would suggest to use GB-parts. There are legislative marks for rear fogs on them, you won't have to cut and puzzle and they shouldn't be that expensive when ordering on ebay or something.

Mk7.5variant have not dynamic led, dynamic is only for 3 and 5 door. It has led but not dynamic (there is not an option). I am sure that it has led inside pending to active it. Now Only lighting left side (europe/spain) I want to active right side too
Is there an option to active in 3 or 5 doors?

When I was messing with looking at doing the 5 brake light mod the leche set on that side didn’t work, and the offside did (although it looked terrible) bearing in mind the fog light is the only one inline with the brake light,
Maybe what you could do is move the brake lights up to the sidelights and then have the go brake lights as fogs (not sure about the laws on fogs in your country thou)

In Europe every lamp and function has an individual test process. Lamp housings are stamped with the light functions they are incorporating. So even the "plain" 4 light brake incandescant mod isn't legal in europe as the inner red is a parking light only (and only to be used with the outer ones)

In my 7.5 business the right rear fog light +12V cable is missing, just open the headlight cover inside the trunk and watch
