@adrianvw on golf the abs module measures the rotation of the wheel and if one (or more) of the wheels is moving faster than the programmed setting (when you set it in the mmi) for a period of time it will think you have a puncture and pop the light on the dash up, nothing to do with the more complicated set up that you posted which actually tells you the tyre pressures, I think (not 100% tho) I got a error one day while wheelspining, but that was about 5 years ago in my mk6 so could be remembering it wrong

Hey, try to disconnect the battery for about 15 mins, reconnect it and go for a drive. Then check for codes.( dont freak out when starting the car after reconnecting the battery, its normal to have all these errors, a quick drive will clear them.)

Hi
No, I do not think that disconnecting the battery will solve the error problems in the BCM; errors will reappear if there is a problem in a control unit, or if a bad coding has been done.
In addition, there is a big risk when disconnecting / connecting a battery if it is not done well, it can even render the ECU unusable, or cause a major failure.
Diagnosis is precisely for that, to diagnose the electronics of a car and see where the error or problem comes from and solve it; but obviously, these diagnostic software programs would not be necessary, because according to your theory, disconnecting the battery will solve it, and obviously it does not.
I take this opportunity to emphasize as very important the sequence of disconnection and connection of a battery in a car with electronic systems so as not to cause damage to the electronics.
Disconnect Battery: 1.- Disconnect the negative terminal, it is the color Black (-). 2.- Disconnect the positive terminal, it is the Red color (+).
Connect Battery: 1.- Connect the positive terminal, it is the Red color (+). 2.- Connect the negative terminal, it is the color Black (-).
Greetings.
Hey, OP didnt mention any coding changes that caused this error, the only thing he gave was a fault code, a quick google search of this fault code says that disconnecting the battery and reconnecting it should resolve the issue.

Hi
Yes, but not everything found in Google is the most appropriate and correct to solve a problem, and much less electronics in a car; they are simply the opinions of other people and in most cases with very little technical knowledge, carried out in a generic way and that are not applicable to the electronics of the cars in question, such as the Golf 7.
It has been shown that there are many fakes in Google, and opinions that do not solve the problems and even cause other major problems such as the case that you have commented.
I think that in a technical forum like this, all opinions should be based on decisions and technical advice based on electronics, not on what Google says.
As you will understand, this technical forum would not be necessary, nor would OBDeleven if everyone bases their searches and problem solutions on Google as you have.
I hope you do not feel bad about my comment, nor that you misinterpret it, sincerely it is made with the best of intentions.
Greetings.
Hey, I understand what you are saying, this solution was found in a great forum i used to be active at when i had my superb called briskoda and the data was from rosstech's forum. What you are saying about the battery is 100% correct but if done correctly by a professional, which is not hard to find has a good chance of solving the issue. OP can you please send us a scan of your car so we know exactly what the problem is?
