Hi I recently done upgrade using timing relays but now after upgrade I have rear indicator bulb monitoring fault. Do you guys know hot to switch off real signal monitoring for golf mk 7 using obdeleven? I'm new to coding by the way. Link to modification.

topman: Hi. Just a small point about your timer/relay device. As you would probably already know, the output signals to all 35 x exterior lamps on a mk7 use Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). Th PWM frequency that I've measured is somewhere between 100 hz and 200 hz depending on how the adaptation channels in the hex09 module are programmed . So, accepting your hypothesis that the timer-chip inside the delay device that you used is a "555", it's important when choosing the delay device to make sure that there is a capacitor across the "input" that will filter-out the PWM frequency - else the 555 won't work. For the delay device that you used in your video - it looks like there was a hefty electrolytic capacitor on the PCB next to the input screw terminal.
OK - now to your question! I'm surprised that you are getting a lamp error for your modification. Cross wiring harnesses vary greatly as to how they re-allocate Leuchte-sets to lamps in LED tail light retrofits. But usually the pertinent channels for the turn signals are:
Leuchte23SL HLC10-Left side Leuchte24SL HRA65 - Right side
These Leuchte-sets are factory programmed as the inner tail light lamps - but they are re-purposed as blinker lamps on many cross wiring harnesses, When you fitted the new tails, can you remember changing any of the channels in these Leuchte-sets to Blinken links Hellphase, or Blinken rechts Hellphase? And, did you alter the "Lastyyp" channels on the 2 x Leuchte-sets above to an LED setting?

Thank you for reply. I only used this video as guide. I didnt change lamps I got standard mk7 gtd lamps and I only used relay as per video. Didnt done any coding to complete this modification. Please forgive me but I'm not familiar with long coding that's why seeking help. Could you explain to me what I have to change using obdeleven to resolve this issue. When fault appeared outer indicator stops working and to remove fault you have to switch off ignition and that's clear fault as soon you start car again and switch indicator fault came back. The best way will be to remove rear indicator monitoring system. It's there a easy way of doing this?

- if your car was factory built with "standard mk7 gtd lamps" and if the fittings are LED, then the Leuchte-set for the left-side inner turn-signal lamp should be Leuchte16BLK SLB35BLK SL KC9.
I can't do anything with function-not-available. Try clearing the App memory cache on your mobile/tablet and try again Don
