I am new to OBDeleven. I have been able to use couple of apps but I don't see any value in any of the Adaptations. All of them show "There are no items available for this option". I get this message for every Adaptation so it's not a matter of me hitting an adaptation with really no option.
Is this normal?

Which car are you using and can you post a screenshot of your problem?

Audi Q5, 2018 Premium Plus iOS version 14.4 iPhone SE 2 OBDeleven version 1.4.3 Below is the screenshot. It happens for literally every Adaptation for every Control Unit.  |

So control unit -> adaptation is not showing any labels?
Do you have access to a android phone?

i have just checked in my garage offline. when you select adaptations you get the list however select any off the list and you get above screen
cant check offline in android due to bug - it says this is not available offline

I don't have an android phone but I am borrowing one to test. I had the same thought that maybe it was an iOS problem. On iOS, I get the same error whether online or offline.

there is a new ios release today upgrade first to see if that helps
Update, tried it on mine and still not working, I have reported it to Support but they asked for a video. I have given them pictures showing it works fine on Android but not on IOS.

I have the new iOS version of the app now, 1.4.4 but I still get the same error. I can't see any Adaptations.

As per the bug list I am afraid you need to report this via the in app help function.
I have already reported it but it always help if more people raise the issue.

Somebody had suggested me on the Facebook group to try the adaptations while the engine was running. I tried it this afternoon and could see many of the adaptations, which I didn't see earlier. So, I don't know if its the new version of the app or the running engine or both but it looks promising than before...
