Q5 2018 -Green Engineering Menu. TSR function

Hi All.
can someone help please?
I want to find the Main Menu - which is hidden from view……
I don’t get the same main menu as others, even on the same version 4.11s, what I’ve see on YouTube is different than my menu screens. 

I only get the 4 x options listed below, under the top title ‘GEM 4.11s’
Only available are: debugging prod, mmx prod, rcc prod and version prod, only those 4 options can be clicked on:

<GEM 4.11s> Production
…

• Debugging_prod
• mmx_prod
• rcc_prod
• version_prod
  
  None of the above have anything like the TSR function within them. 

I’ve seen other Audi Q5 & A5 green screen engineering menus on YouTube
which they got to via the above - where you can see options like traffic sign recognition or to enable other functions.
None of those items are anywhere within my menus or sub-menus…. 

When I watch other YouTube videos they somehow got to a top level - main menu screen.
Then they select the Car option and the use sub-menus to get to: car device list, car function list, car coding list, car ext device list, car menu operation list etc.
So via the below sub menus:
Main/car/ device list
They can change the status of a function to enable a retrofit:

Air condition
Auxiliary heating
HUD
ACC
Air suspension
RDK
APS
RVC
Central lock system
Lane departure warning
Lane change assist
Front seat memory
Traffic Sign Recognition 

I want to get to:
Main Menu - Car device list
To enable a device (camera) to operate the TSR - Traffic Sign Recognition (VZE) by clicking on the square box. 
Thats where I saw that exact option on manyYouTube videos.
So, anyone know how to get there?

I have a 2019 Q5 and can only get the production menu up I’m clearly doing something wrong
