Disabled DRL now my mirror turn signals no longer function.

2008 MK5 GTI FSI

So got my new OBD11 Pro, plugged it in and did the usual long code mods. Disabled DRL and changed the country code so I could use my FTP. Followed previous instructions found here for changing the long code settings.

All that went just fine, but now I have a fault pop up on my scans for my side mirror indicator lights. They no longer function for turning or hazards. My front and rear indicator lights work fine, it's only the mirror lights. I went back and changed the long codes back to their default settings and the mirror indicators work just as they did before, only when I change the country code and disable drl do they stop working and I get the fault codes. The only other codes I changed were for the comfort settings to open and close the windows with the key fob and I disabled the front brake pad wear sensor, because I need to replace the plug on the wiring harness.

When looking at the fault in the scan it reads as follows

"TAG illumination/mirror light on driver side" electrical error in circuit fault code - 00131 status: static

and the other is

"TAG illumination/mirror light on frt.pass.side" electrical error in circuit fault code - 00132 status: static

Any ideas or anyone else experience this? I have done a google search trying to find something involving this specific issue, when deactivating DRL's and changing the country code to enable FTP.

For the 2005 mk5 fsi, I could not activate the mirror turn signals. Can you please share a video on how to do it in obdeleven?
