Backup (how to)

I thougt it were a good idea to show people how to do a control module backup.
Thanks Don for these picture. I like your how to instructions and used your picture.
Hope you will be not angry.

P.s. i do not know how to get a picture big in here like you do everytime Don, so be free to admin my post.

Just putting Don's very helpful process so its easier to see



and then Just to add to this:

If you go to Settings at the bottom there is a Data sharing section that you can enter your email address in.
Doing this saves a bit of time so when you use the mail button and open your mail service your email address is pre populated.
