Hi we have a mk7 golf race car that has a full dsg loom fitted. We are running a HTG external gearbox control unit, aftermarket steering wheel paddles,and canbus gear selector,so that we can map the gearbox for quick up and downshifts.so as far as the ECU is concerned it's like fitting a manual box.
Looking for help on how to convert the coding to tell the ecu it's now a manual car ? as we can't put the car into park ATM we can't start the engine.
Once we get the car running we can then tune gearbox ECU and then map the car.
