Did you figure this out, I'm struggling as well in my A4 B9, cannot find the option to enable the MMI setting...

There is plenty of coding after folding mirrors retrofit. Folding mirrors won't work only by coding MMI menu if thats what you think.

I've recently retrofitted power folding mirrors. Once you have the correct mirrors installed, the following one-click apps will enable the power fold function:
1) Power folding mirrors (found in the Retrofit app menu) - this enables the door modules to power fold
2) Auto folding mirrors - this enables the power fold mirror option in the MMI
Once both one-click apps have been activated, the power fold mirror option needs to be ticked in the MMI menu.
