Hi All, I tired to read other threads but it didn't seem clear, I would also like to know how you change it, if it is possible:
1) Inner turn signal blinks first then outer (2 LEDs) "semi dynamic"
2) Progressive, lights up in sequence (multiple LED) from inner LEDs to outer
thanks

I'm not sure that I really understand, but in respect of question 2 (progressive LED chaser) - the short answer is NO. The longer answer is that for progressive turn-signal effect to be possible - each of the individual LEDs in the turn-signal fitting would need to separately controlled. OEM tail lights that use progressive turn-signals do this via an electronic circuit that's installed inside housing. So it's entirely different hardware to your tail lights- its not simply a dose change!
As for question (1) - again I'm not sure what you are asking, but it is possible through Leuchte- coding to make the inner lamp (as a whole) "counter blink" with the outer turn-signal lamp.

OK thanks for that, so in order to have a "progress bar" type of turn signal I need new brake/turn signal assemblies? Or is their an adapter/module that can be used?
And the only thing that can be done is counter blink, the inner turn signal is on, the outer is off then vice-versa?

yes - to both questions
For progressive turn signals you need new tail lights that have the function - there isn't an adapter for real progressive turn signals. That said, I have heard that some have installed a delay circuit device on the inner turn-signal. This doesn't result in true progressive LED chaser effect - it just delays the entire bank of LEDs on the inner lamp.
