Hello everyone,
I have retrofitted a cruise control and also installed the right control unit. But now I can't get the steering angle sensor into the basic setting. I can log on to the control unit and also find all the points to program. I can not activate the basic setting. Does this only work with vcds?

OBDeleven does the same thing as VCDS.
Post your STOCK module's part number and the NEW one?
I have to look to see the steering angle sensor for both modules.
If you had a steering angle sensor in the stock one, but don't have one in your replacement, then that is your issue.
Give me both part numbers

The new partnumber is 1K0953549A
Old number is 1K0953549AE

The software version is wrong, and slip ring layout. You should have gotten part numbers ending with: AF, AG, AH, AJ, AK, AL, AN, AP, AQ, AR, AS, BB, BC, BD, DB instead so as not to have these issues.

I have now bought a device with the extension AF. Unfortunately the same problem.
