Audi 2018 Q5 help request to all genus

Good Day to all. I requested help from support regarding dynamic turn signal for my 2018 Audi Q5. They informed me that they do not have one click app for my car. I was surprised with the reply as I saw a video on YouTube showing that OBD eleven has an option to make your turn signals into dynamic turn sign.

After watching the video I purchased the OBD eleven 2 which arrived in few days. I was very excited and I quickly contacted the OBD eleven to my Q5
I keep on exploring but did not find any options to switch my lights to dynamic I was very sad and contacted support.

Support was very kind and asked me information about my car the taillights and asked me to send images to make sure I have LED lights. All 2018 models have standard LED lighting how ever the support was not able to help me and asked me to ask for help on this forum.

I hope and pray that there is some one out there who can help me make this happen ( support advised me that they do not have one click app to help me ) They also asked if I know coding which I do not but I am a quick learner in all matters.

If some one can help me in this matter I would highly appreciate as honest I only bought this unit to change my lights.

VIN # 3U5AFCFY6J2013331. I have confirmed that all lights are LED tail light and side mirrors are also LED.

Some models do not have the required hardware. So which trim level do you have ?
