I went to control unit (34) Chassis control and entered the security access code 31564 under the security access menu. The code was accepted but seconds later I got a error message on "Headlight range control defective" the air suspension is also stuck in Auto with a orange light in the instrument cluster an up and down arrow.
There are also now 2 new fault codes under unit (34) 01437 and under unit (55) headlight regulation U111300.
I checked in the history to make sure I didn't make any changes. There was none. But nothing I try work even disconnected the battery.
The suspension is still working in Auto so it lowers at speed and levels when parked. And headlight motors work when you start the car doing its normal up and down cycle.
It is a 2013 Audi Q7 4.2tdi and I don't have adaptive lights. Right hand drive.
Really hope someone can help me save the cost of going to the dealership.
Thanks for any assistance.

Since no one replied, I used trial and error to get the solution. So here it is for anyone that will have this problem in the future.
1. Go to control unit (34) Chassis control. 2. Delete the Fault code. 3. Go to Security Access and enter code 31564 4. Go to Adaptation and Select Channel 1 It will say wait at Value 1 or 2 (I can't remember) but wait for it to give a value. Your suspension will lower and rise during this time. Once the wait message is gone enter the Value in the white bock under Value 4 in the Enter new value space and press and hold the green button. 5. Do this for Channels 002, 003, and 004. 6. Go to Channel 005 and enter 1 as the new value and submit it. As soon as I did this my suspension options returned. 7. Finally go to control unit (55) headlight regulation and delete the fault code.
Once I did all of this everything was working.
It might be necessary to take actual measurements for Channels 001 to 004 It is for every wheel (it indicates the wheel like FR for the front right) and must be measured from the wheel center to the Fender in mm.
