Hi, can you post your steps. I tried to do it but cannot find the setting.
This is is the instructions I have.
Changing the number of flashes of the comfort (lane change) indicator
Controller 09 - Central Electronics
16 - Security Access - enter 31347
10 - Adaptations
(2)-Turn signal control-Komfortblinken Blinkzyklen - change the value from the default of 3. I think the range is 2-5.

Komfortblinken Blinkzyklen – From 3 to Your chosen value
Note that the acceptable range is 1 to 5 and the default value is 3
*Reset MIB Lighting Setting to Complete
Did you do a Reset Lighting settings (Go to the Car menu in the infotainment system and go to "factory settings" and then to lights and reset them.
