Front Pace car "urban joke"

Hi, i got an error (U101400 - Control module incorrectly coded) with the OCA in subject so i wonder if anybody knows how to activate the front car-pace indicators with coding/adaptation.
The front turn signals on the mirrors and the headlights have to blink one by one. Thx

After a lot of test i figured out how to do this front pace car without OCA... But same error show on.
I changed those:
-Unit 09, adaptation, leuchte1blk vrb20, lichtfunktion a 1, blinken recht dunkelphase (old: blinken recht hellfase
-Unit 09, adaptation, leuchte0blk vlb36, lichtfunktion a 0, blinken links dunkelphase (old: blinken links hellfase

Hope someone can help me why this error comes up.

Andrea: I have no idea what you mean - please answer ALL questions below:

1. Does the central electrics module control the front headlights on this car, or does this car have Light-Control-Modules (LCMs) -look at the SCAN report to answer?
2. What do you mean by "Front Pace car "urban joke""?
   
3. Which lights do you want to change?
4. What type are the lamps that you want to change the behavior-of (LED, or incandescent)

Hey Don! Yeah, 09 central electric module control the front headlights.
Second, the "front pace car urban joke" provide to alternate the turn lights of the front (front+mirror) one after another instead of all togheter

hmm....... I'm still unclear about your wants - but maybe try this (I'm guessing that this is what you mean by "Pace-car urban-joke"):

This is exatly what i did and it works, But the error is still there

hmm........ what type of lamps are in the front turn-signal lights (LED, or incandescent)?

Does the "incorrectly coded" error clear if the original "hellphase" command is used?

Incandescent on the front and yes, if i restore the original value and i delete the error it didnt show up again

Edit: the error also occurs when i modify just one turn light

Your observations make complete sense - now that I think more deeply about this tweak (which seems simple - but which is in reality a tad more complicated)

Try this instead:

Leuchte 0 BLK VL B36

• Lichtfunktion B 0 > nicht aktiv
  
• Dimmwert AB 0 > 0
• Lichtansteuerung HD AB 0 > Always

gabz : hmm........Leuchte 0 BLK VL B36 is the Leuchte-set for the LEFT car side. Bliken rechts hellphase is a right-side turn-signal Leuchte-command

Do not use Leuchte-commands for right-side turn-signals on left-side Leuchte sets!

OK - my hunch is that this car might use Light Control Modules (LCMs). 

Look at the History records for details about the original (factory) settings for the tweak that you are attempting to implement  If the "old value"  for the Lasttyp channel was nicht aktiv - it means that Leuchte 0 BLK VL B36 was originally factory disabled

 If so, look at a SCAN for this car - if it reports modules like these:

• 39 - Light Control Right, 29 - Light Control Left, or
• D7 - LED Module Right, D6 - LED Module Left

It means that this car has LCMs installed.

If so, it means that the central electrics module does NOT control the front turn-signal lamps on this car

If so, OBD11 can't be used for this tweak because it can't access the coding in LCMs

After checking your suggestions, turns out I can´t code the urban joke thingy with OBDeleven...that's a pity.
