Is there any way to deactivate the lane assist on MMI Menu?
I've to spend 100 credit each time to activate and deactivate it.

hmm.......... not sure that I understand. If you don't want Lane Assistance to operate, simply don't activate the feature via the switch at the end of the stalk. What am I missing?
Anyhow, in respect of your specific question - the following 2 x channels are in the MMI module (@ address hex5F):
Car_Function_Adaptations_Gen2
- menu_display_lane_assistant > activated
- menu_display_lane_assistant_over_threshold_high > activated
These channels are clearly "interesting" candidates for your wants (I think) - maybe experiment. I've not personally done this -so just a suggestion?

hello, thanks for your help, lane assist is working like this, but I liked that in the MMI we had the option of turning it off and on whenever we wanted, because that way it is always active.

I installed a new stalk on my 2018 q5 with the button. But it disables cruise control. Best to leave it as is or buy a car with it installed. |

Try this instead
After you pay the 100 credit already to activate the lane assistance
And if you want to turn it off. Use this function and disable the “lane assist step 2”.
When ready to use enable it back on
