oscarta77 : I'm confused! My understanding is that VW introduced the facelift Golf mk7 (mk7.5) in 2016 - which was a MQB platform vehicle.
Again AFAIK, the mk7.5 continued in production until December 2019 when it was replaced by the Mk8 - which had a MQB-evo platform chassis.
So which is it - is this car a mk7.5 - MQB, or is it a mk8 -evo? If the latter, maybe ask your question on the mk8 part of the forum.

dv52 (Australia) it’ll be a 7.5 BUT it shouldn’t have radio module just 5F Looks like someone has been messing with adding modules and creating conflicts

The yellow dot is the giveaway there I’d say, it means it’s there and working but not in the gateway, problem is the radio shouldn’t be there at all on the 7.5, just the infotainment module 5F, My first thought would be to remove it from the module list and rescan the car

And how can I eliminate it? Do I have to look in the list of car options?

Normally there’s a pencil in one of the corners you tap on to bring up a list of modules you can select or deselect

Como puedes ver en las capturas de pantalla, no hay lápiz.
Only appears:
by name by number by state

oscarta77 : Hmm.......... the colored circles on the upper-right side of each module in your pictures indicate the status of the module in respect of the Gateway Installation List ( GIL). For the car to operate correctly ONLY modules that are actually installed in the car should be registered in the GIL. This is how the colored circles indicate the module's GIL status: - YELLOW = Control unit is in working condition but it is not installed in Gateway installation list.
- BLACK = Control unit is installed into Gateway but it is not reachable.
- WHITE = Control unit is currently offline. - this is not necessarily a GIL matter, but it could be implicated in an inconsistency in the module status
And the following colors indicate the operational status of the module: - GREEN = Control unit is in working condition and without any trouble codes.
- RED = Control unit is in working condition but it has some trouble codes
So- to correctly code the GIL - do this: - Fire-up OBD11 software and connect to the car
- Go-to the Control Units screen (the screen in your pictures)
- Make a list of those modules that have a WHITE, or BLACK colored circle - these modules are probably NOT installed in the car, but they have been included in the GIL
- Make a separate list of the modules that have a YELLOW colored circle - these modules are installed in the car but are NOT included in the GIL
- follow the steps in the pictures below to access the GIL
- Amend the GIL according to the lists created in Step 3 & Step 4 above
- Go back to the Control Units screen and re-check that NONE of the modules have BLACK, WHITE or YELLOW colored circles

OK - you are using the Android version of OBD11. Maybe use the Autocode function -see below
Assuming no OBD11 software error and based purely on the scant information provided - I suspect that there is a mismatch between the modules that have been registered on the CAN network for this car in the Gateway Installation List (GIL) and the modules that are actually installed in the car. For the CAN system to operate correctly in diagnostic mode, the two must be the same and when the car left the VW production line - the two were the same!!
So - because of the way that the GIL was populated when this car was built - it maybe that somehow changes have been made to the GIL in the intervening period (I assume that you haven't added any new modules). If you are using Android, you can automatically restore the GIL by activating AUTOCODE - see instructions below from whataboutthis : 1/ From the Main menu select Settings
| 2/ From Settings Menu ensure Autocode Gateway List is set to show, if not change it to show
| 3/ Connect to car and you should get the following popup box , Select Yes and any missing control units will be ADDED

your screenshot looks OK to me!!!
As I have already said - The GIL is correctly set-up if the colored circles for each module in Control Units screen is either red, or green. Your screenshot shows all green modules!!

Esa foto está tomada después de pasar el escáner. Como os dije ayer el bolígrafo no sale después de hacer los cambios.
In the first photo you can see the condition of the units. In the second photo is the error that always appears in the F5 control unit.I don't know if deleting the vehicle from the application and reinstalling it would remove the error.

What radio do you have? Pretty sure you should either have radio or infotainment, not both, radio was pre 2016, unless it’s Sirus or something

Ah, that’s maybe the reason for the padlock then, I suspect that you are correct - and yes, a mk7/mk7.5 with a MIB shouldn't have a "radio"! However, notice the color of the circle on the hex56 module on this very strange car - it's YELLOW!! YELLOW means:
- the module is in working condition but it is not installed in Gateway installation list!!
Doesn't make sense (to me. at least) - unless the MIB in this car is NOT OEM (maybe)?
