andrea : Hi. I don't know the answer to your question - in part because your post contains insufficient information and in part because I don't understand what is meant by "passenger door exit light". There are multiple lights on the door panel and it's very easy for folk to use different names for these lights. That said, according to my wiring diagrams for a mk7.5, pin #T32a /16 (being pin #16 on the connector that has 32 x pin positions) on the passenger side door module is connected to W67 Light conductor for front left sill panel molding ambient lighting (item 8 in the picture below). Is this what you are calling the "passenger door exit light"? If not, which of the lamps in the picture below is this light?

Where did you get the exit lights from? You checked the plug is the right way round in the light? (LED will only work if voltage is the correct way round) You checked there’s voltage on the light connector? How did you wire up the connector? (5 and 16)

OK - Item 7 is sometimes called the "puddle lights". I assume that you coded Byte01, Bit 2 on the the passenger-side door module As per vwjap suggestion - check that the fitting leads haven't been reversed

I have already assembled and coded it on the left driver's side and everything works, but on the right side it gives me an error and won't turn on.
I coded "door exit light" - active

Plug the drivers side light (known working)into the passenger side wiring and see if it’s the light, check the voltage, check the polarity

So again, have you checked polarity? Also how did you connect to connector and what joins did you use?

For ground I used Brown wire
Should I use Brown/yellow wire?

Brown is fine, Have you got a volt meter to check the voltage? But what did you use for joints? Scotch clips, chocolate block?
