Hello
I have a problem with my 2015 eGolf. It is the premium version with heat pump.
It started with the heater sometimes only blowing cold air and the got worst and it started to blow only cold air. I tried to refill the A/C fuild last spring and it seemed to help a little but only when the weather was around 10°C or more.
I got the known codes for AC temp and pressure sensors, replaced them all so I good address them correctly and the codes went away.
I also got the flap motor code, turned out the position sensor inside the flap was broken. Replace that and the code went away.
Still no heat and one code that I cannot clear and I don't find any information about.

Trouble codes:
B168AF2 - HV heater Heater circuit 3 faulty
static
And this one pops up sometimes:

Software version: 8343

Hardware version: H23
ODX name: EV_VCU00XXX0110EA906016A
ODX version: 002015
Long coding: 000D0016006404002000
Trouble codes:
P30CA00 - Heat exchanger coolant temperature sensor 3 Signal too low
Intermittent
The HV heater does get warm and the hoses from it as well, but it seems that the heat don't not go in to the a/c system. The HV heater even shuts down due to overheating according to the data list
My next plan is to refill the A/C and use the refill setting in OBD11 to do it properly this time
Get the car up on a lift and remove the underbody shields and follow the hoses that do warm up and try to locate where the heat stops.
This is a bit difficult as I don't have access to any information about these codes, so all I can use educated guesses from live data and touch and feel. The VW workshop has an open slot for my in March and since I'm used to fix and build cars (my profession, other brands) I would like to try to fix it asap.
Any ideas to get me started?
