I've had OBDEleven since the 1st gen device, and bought the 2nd gen back in 2022
I've not been able to use my account for months now and customer support has gotten me nowhere.
Before I get into the details, if anyone has managed to a get a call number for support, it would be greatly appreciated if you can post it
When trying to log in, I get the message " The account is already in use," followed by stating that the device is in use on 3 devices (which it's not), to disconnect devices to login or reset password to terminate other active sessions.
So I choose to reset the password and get a reset link sent to my email. When putting in the new password, I get the message "Account already exists for this username." This is wonderful news, it's not like I'm doing a password reset for an existing account.
At one point, it let me try to reset it on the app and just said "Something went wrong"
Next, I log in to my account on the OBDEleven.com website, go to my account and reset the password there to a new one.
Great, I finally reset it, problem solved? No
Keep in mind that I've deleted the app and all of its data more than once
When I go to login with the NEW password, I get the message again that too many users are using my account. Impossible.
Customer support usually gives me 1 message per-day and even asked for a video and photos of my issues. after shoulding them all that I just explained, I was asked "Did you try the forgot password function" after I sent them what pops up when I do that already.
Anyone have any advice on what to do next? I will lose all my previous car logs and credits if I make a new account.
