Retrofitted Led Facelift Headlights Problem

My car is Audi S3 8V 2015 year Pre Facelift. When i bought it already retrofitted Led facelift headlights and front facelift bumper. But there was working only low beams, no drl,Turn signal or high beam. Than i searched forums and found that 55 Headlight regulation module needs to be flashed correct firmware, i flashed 7P6 907 357 C fw in 55 module, after that left side headlight started to work, but right side headlight still doesn't work only low beam. i'm already trying to fix it almost 1 month and no chance, any help will be appreciated. I did backup of 09 module long code and adaption using Obdeleven to upload here, but i can't find where Obdeleven saved that file. Both headlight module is on Communication D6 and D7. D6 left module SW number 7PP941572AC no fault code in this module, D7 Right module Sw number 7PP941572AC there is 2 DTC C119F00 High beam variant, implausible. C1198F2 low beam light bulb (Output voltage too high).

These type of problems which involve retrofitted (likely non-OEM) equipment by a previous owner can be very difficult to fix!! From my experience in the past of like examples (many of which have NOT been successful), the best starting point is the provision SPECIFIC information about the car in its present condition.

So, please provide an unedited (meaning NO changes to the original OBD11 report) SCAN for this car. Before you make a fresh SCAN, make sure that you enable the Freeze frame option -see HERE

This is how to access and digitize SCAN data from the History data in your account:

1. Fire-up OBD11 software - no need to connect to the dongle
2. On the Home screen - select Garage/Vehicle (bottom-left)
3. If you have registered multiple vehicles to your account - select the car
4. Scroll-down the car-information screen and select History
5. Follow the steps below (after receiving the email that you sent to yourself - print the contents):

Hello, thanks for your replay, i'm not sure that this headlights are OEM or 100% working condition, but as i checked them using part numbers seems that they are oem. So before replacement of Headlights i want to try everything what is possible to make them work properly. Before this thread i read many posts and mainly you helped many people fix problems, so maybe i'm lucky you helping me even, If i will try something without success.

Wow - this SCAN certainly is error-rich!!! Has this car been in a collision?

For some unknown reason, the SCAN has failed to provide the long-code strings for the modules - this limits my understanding of what is happening!!

Another limiting feature of your SCAN is the number of historic errors which I suspect are no longer relevant!  Please reconnect OBD11 to the car and clear ALL errors - then re-make a fresh SCAN and post-up a copy.

So, there appear to be a number of problems in the 3 x modules that operate the current LED headlights on this car.

1. O9 module: incorrectly coded  - I'm not sure why without see the values on the long-code string
2. 55 module: no communication errors - maybe linked to faults in other modules (I'm guessing)
3. D7 module: very odd errors - I suggest you start here

The errors in 3. above indicate a problem with the LED output module on the right-side headlight. The LED module on the left-side has NO errors.

As you can see from your SCAN, the part number and software number for the D7 module (right-side) is the same as the D6 module (left-side). A trick that's often used to determine if the output module is faulty AND if the module on one side ONLY has errors - is to swap the left/right modules and re-SCAN the car. If the errors follow the swapped modules, the original faulty module needs replacement. If this doesn't happen, the cause of the error is elsewhere

This is the location of the LED output module (the right-side is called A27 and left-side is called A31 in the wiring diagram):

The instructions for removing output module 1 for LED headlight (A31/A27) are:

1. Remove headlight
   
2. Confirm the correct module by comparing part/software numbers on your SCAN
   
3. Remove bolts -2-
4. Pull output module 1 for LED headlight (A31/A27) -1- off headlight.
5. Press release button -4- in direction of arrow -A-.
6. Disconnect electrical connector -3-

Please note that I suspect that there may be other problems with these headlights - this is a starting-point suggestion only!
