vw01119992 : hmm....... "retrofitting golf 7,5 headlights to my golf 7" is NOT a trivial project and there are literally thousands of different equipment options (nearly ALL of which are non-OEM) and different ways of installing the new headlight fittings!

And clearly from your error-rich SCAN report - there are multiple problems with this car. Unless we understand this project much better - with a detailed explanation of the original factory headlight equipment and with details of what new equipment was installed (with URL links) and with exact coding changes - any response would be uninformed guesses at best!

In short - a much greater effort is required about the back-story for this project!
