Hi everyone!
I followed many threads here and on other sites, making several activations on my 2018 MK7.5 TGI Golf.
Everything was fine, until I "broke" something on 09 (CENTRAL ELETRICS) trying to check if remote windows opening/closing with keyfob was fine. Of course I reset the button at the bottom of the car menu, reboot the infotainment system and even the whole car (getting outside for several minutes and jumping back in). Nothing to do: the function works perfectly on every window except for the driver's one. I also tried to do the whole procedure fwd/bwd a few times, checked the options created in open/close windows menu (set to "all"), but... Nothing happens.
My driver door button is mechanically broken (in lowing it but not lifting it up which is fine and working) since months, so I was used to open/close it only from my keyfob. But now it's dead even with this method. The electrical window engine is ok (I can clearly hear its sound trying to make the window go up by the button at the inside of my car).
Can anyone help me in checking what could I've done to make all this mess? Maybe suggest some adaptations/codings that I could have changed avoiding the driver window to open..?

.Nicola: Hi. I'm not quite sure that i understand what's happened to this car - English as a second language must be very difficult on a forum like this!! Anyhow, if this problem has been caused by coding changes in the past - you can use the History function to check if the changed coding value has been successfully reverted back to the factory value. I suggest that you look through the History records and carefully check if those changes that relate to the driver -door have been re-set to the "old value"

Thanks a lot, Don. Sorry for my English which you perfectly understood is not my mother tongue.
Your suggestion is, of course, clever. The problem is that I noticed the symptoms after many other codings (regarding other control units). It would be almost impossible to find the moment when I did the mistake.
Any suggestion on how/where to find the "place" where I find the electrical engine windows/functions? I guess it's the only way to check if something's wrong with it (comparing the driver's one to the others, maybe?)...

Nicola: There are 2 x modules that are likely to be the cause of this problem - I'm guessing, of course!
Look in History for changes to the 09-central electrics module and in the 42-driver door module
