Hi there
I actually don't know what i did but i messed up my account.
I previously registered my pro account on my email address and even sent myself an email with my cars details etc from app itself. I backed up all my cars data and even saved it to my PC, after finding locating it on my phone.....
but then I removed my email address, (i don't know what for!)
I then logged out of the app.
I tried to log in again today day, but the app does not remember my account details at all or the password i used, tried the recover password option and it tells me no such username exists or something along those lines
I thinks its because i registered using my email address, and i removed it from the app.
I then re-created a new account name (same email address as my old email address and same password) and tried to register the pro account again, and it tells me the code has been used. i know it was used before because i used it before.
Is there any other way i can either re-use the code or recover my previous account?
i only got the dongle for 3 days!!!

Naeem the user account details are stored on OBD11 Servers, drop them a line via the help option and i am sure they will sort it out for you.
The pro activation code belongs to the first account you setup and cant be transfered so when you log on for the first time the account will ask you for email and password, it then checks on the server and if ok lets you in.
Just drop them a line and they will help you.
