I just bought OBDeLeven to enable -myself- the VIM option in MMI on my A4 2017, but before to connect and enable this option, I wanted to know if it could tracked or detected later when the guys of the Audi Technical services connect its computer to diagnostic or perform the services maintenance?, maybe it could cancel the original warranty since I am connecting an "intelligent" device to the car?. please any feedback?.

We can always compare the setup of your car vs how it should be and we would see there is a difference.
With regards to Warranty the normal response from VAG cars is that if you have changed something (or turned it on) and it breaks something (even if it does not we can say it did) then you warranty wont cover you.
But considering the number of people who use OBD11, VCDS, caristaapp etc there has been no major outcry about this happening so you may be safe.
But there are examples of people being refused warranty work because they made changes.
If you worry about warranty do you not worry about insurance.
