I'm trying to get Battery charge level on MK7.5 but it seems the labels names did change a bit.
It's supposed to be under Dashboard (17) - Adaptation - "Battery Charge"
I can't find "Battery Charge" in the list.

You tried clearing your app data on your device?

You tried clearing your app data on your device? What do you mean by clearing my app data?

Sometimes the Android tablet stops working properly with the app, you get “function not available” when you hold the tick or it won’t go into some menu’s, clearing the data sorts it, but you need to sign in again after clearing it, on tab go to settings/apps/manage app/obdeleven (or something like that) and clear app data, then restart obdeleven, log in and try again

I’ve read that there is a part missing off the earth terminal on the battery and this is why it’s not available on the 7.5

^^^^ this is correct, but it's not just a limitation of mk7.5 - it also happens on some mk7. The piece of equipment that hangs off the negative battery terminal clamp looks this (ignore the "yellow gunk" - it's an anti-frosting spray that dealers use down here in Australia): So, the piece-of-kit in the picture is what VW calls the battery monitor control module (J367) -its purpose is to measure every bit of electrical current going-into and out-of the battery. J367 is not a regular member of the CAN network, but rather it is a LIN device that hangs-off the Gateway module (@ address hex19) - so if it's installed, you should see it as a "sub-system" of the Gateway module in the OBD11 scan report. J367 sends battery data to the Gateway module where it is processed and then stored in the car's memory. There is a kind-of "history" function in the car's database that is used to calculate the remaining energy in the battery. SOC (State-Of-Charge)is the reading that is displayed when the tweak is implemented Hence, without J367- it's not possible to measure SOC. Cars with Start Stop have J367 installed because battery health is a critical part of SS. But I understand that even later model cars with J367 installed are not able to display SOC - because the function was removed !! Don
