Seen this coding on several sites.
17 - Instruments
Coding > Long Coding Helper > Byte 10
Enable bit 2 Display 'Acceleration'
However on my Cupra I dont seem to get any output, could you confirm what the Golf gets when you enable this please.

This software switch was factory set on my mk7 from new and I have never been able to access anything even remotely related to "acceleration" on my MDF (which I assume is where it's meant to display). But clearly from both VCDS and OBD11 screens (below), it is activated!! Don  |

Doesn’t the LHD/RHD changeover do the lights for driving abroad?

Yes that is what its supposed to do but apart from the warning message it did not make any difference on my car.
On the Audi forums it seemed it may have dipped the lights a bit but nothing much.

RE Acceleration in long coding Byte 10 Bit 2 is shows 'Acceleration menu' and mine is 'not active' and there are a number of options.... Display 'Acceleration' (G-tronic) ... Acceleration menu .... No .... Not active ... Yes ... Active. Any ideas what this is and does?
