To keep this thread back to Golf can you raise this on the Audi stream please, just tell us the coding you used and confirm what country you are in, just in case it impacts the coding. Closing Windows When Iglite Off Select Control unit 09 (Central Electrics) Security access Access Code 31347 Adaptation (13) -Zugangskontrolle 2 released trailing FH cancel at Tueroeffnen Value=Aktif Country: México

decres3 can you just confirm, do you want the windows to close when you lock your door or just when you turn off the ignition.
Also can you confirm where you got this coding from.
Cheers

Cheers hello cupra280, sorry for interrupting the golf thread, and thanks for your help... i got the coding from an audi forum and i copy pasted it in a word doc, but it did not work... i wanted for the windows to close with one click for locking (so i dont have to long press the locking button) if that is not possible i would prefer to close with ignite off. and one other question, does the country really differ the coding? With regards to country yes the US and Japan have very different light setups (as in rules) so there setup can be different to Europe (ROW or Rest of the World)

Sorry dont know the audi menus but on my car there is an option to turn comfort windows on and off from memory and also to have it on drivers window only or all windows. Do you have any of these items showing up under car settings.
One other thing if you have a value in adaptions in control unit 09 called Komfortbedienung global: please make sure its set to Active.
Sorry one last thing did you have all the adaption chanels that were in the instructions and it did not work or just that you could not find them.

Decre sorry been out and about today.
can I just confirm this code should allow you to open and close your windows (and maybe roof) with a single touch of the open or close button, rather than having to hold the button for some time.
If the answer is yes then to save a bit of time can you send me a copy of your backup of the 09 control unit so I can compare against mine, Just PM it to me if you can

Decre, just seen this on another site that may help, sometimes the windows forget to close using the comfort mode and have to be reset.
Check this out and see if it helps
One-touch opening and closing* One-touch opening and closing means you do not have to hold down the button. Buttons ››› Fig. 137 1 , 2 , 3 and 4 have two positions for opening windows and two for closing them. This makes it easier to open and close windows to the desired position. One-touch closing – Pull up the window button briefly up to the second position. The window closes fully. One-touch opening – Push down the window button briefly up to the second position. The window opens fully. Restoring one-touch opening and closing The automatic open and close function will not work if the battery has been temporarily disconnected. The function can be restored as follows: – Close the window as far as it will go by lifting and holding the electric window switch. – Release the switch and then lift it again for 1 second. This will re-enable the automatic function. If you push (or pull) a button to the first stage, the window will open (or close) until you release the button. If you push or lift the button briefly to the second stage, the window will open (one-touch opening) or close (one-touch closing) automatically. If you operate the button while the window is opening or closing, it stops at this position.
On a separate note I saw on a Skoda site yesterday that they no longer do comfort close on a roof, apparently some twit got there head stuck in the roof so they then turned off the function on the newer cars.

That would supprise me as its on the cheaper VW Group models I would expect it on the Audi.
One last thing to try can you take a backup of your 09 control unit and pm it to me and i will have a look through the settings to see if there is anything else obvious.
Cheers

Hi, sorry to jump in. Is the problem solved? Because I also have the same problem related to this. I've been messing arround with the coding for all doors. And now is back to normal, but not for the window one click function for the driver side. All 3 other window be able to automatically open and close with only one click. Only driver window I have to hold it to fully open/close. Is there anything to do with the coding? I have also done the procedure like above, to hold window down 5 second and hold window up 5 second.
