No long coding?

Hi All

Just tried to enable lane assist on 2017 Q5 and had to update the app which in turn seemed to update the dongle.

Anyway I can’t get into the long coding section of any module. Tried entering the security code which was accepted but still not joy. Every time I tried I got a red bar across the bottom saying something went wrong, try again.

Any ideas??

No. May I ask what that involves and how to do it? Do I lose all the history of changes across all cars in the garage?

no you dont loose your history as its stored on OBD11 Servers not your phone.
