My tablet stopped working so used my friends, I used my email and password everything, can connect to my car but when I try to long code anything it’s telling me I need pro version or buy credits... I already have the pro version associated with my email, and I’ve never had to buy credits to long code anything. Any ideas how I can fix this?

my guess is you have used the incorrect login details. I use my pro account on 4 devices with no problems.
From the main menu select profile, does it show PRO on the right hand side, if it does and you cant do long coding still contact support.
If it does not then I suspect you have another account that you have acciated with, have you got the email from OBD11 Confirming PRO code, if not then you will have to contact them via on line app.
