Not sure what to do. Just got Eleven Pro device, paired via bluetooth, went to Profile and Go Pro, entered code and got no credits. Said code was already used. What can I do? Thanks.

It normally happens when you change phone and try and use the code again which you cant.
The code can only be used once, just double check you have input the correct code
If you have then contact support directly via the app and explain what is going on and they will hopefully sort it.
Please note its a weekend and they wont get back to you normally till next week.

My Pro just arrived today via Amazon and the box wasn't shrink wrapped so I'm wondering if someone already used the code and returned it.

Sorry it was a very long time ago when I got mine.
I thought these days they emailed the code, but i may well be wrong.
Just drop them a line and confirm how and when you paid, they will be able to help
