Hello
I got a problem with my 2007 vw mkv (gti) with my high beams and honestly I didnt care because I really never used them. The thing is that the high beams only works with the headlight switch on the off position and only when i keep push the handle on the high beams position so they doesnt work when i got my lights on. I was wondering if it was something on the coding or if there was something else. Because I want to go on a really long trip and maybe i would need them.
I World really appreeciate the help.😁

Is your car left or right hands drive? This is an important question. Is it the north American market model that uses the halogen only for Flash to Pass?
It looks like how you may have your bixenon coded as single beam units

It looks like how you may have your bixenon coded as single beam units Hi😁, my car is a left hand drive, and I think it's the model that use the high beams for flash to pass, by any chance you know where and how to code it so I can use my high beams??

by any chance you know where and how to code it so I can use my high beams?? Yes, I'll look at my car and tell you shortly. I know it involves you first coding your car to say that you do NOT have biXenon (but the single Xenon option). I'll tell you shortly what to do when I get to my car. The basic coding for MY car is this: 55 Headlight Regulation System description: Dynamische LWR Software number: 1T0907357 Software version: 0003 Coding: 0000003 Trouble codes: No trouble codes found

I know this is a really old thread. But I'm going to try this on my 2009 rabbit tomorrow. Hope it works. Thanks
