I wanted to order device + Easy remove together with PRO pack for €75. Since I had a -5.00% Promo code from bodgit and leggit garage I expected €3,75 discount, however I'm getting €1,25.
It doesn't give me a good impression of obdeleven, so I didn't buy it. Can someone explain this calculation?

divide 1,25 / cost of the dongle and I suspect you will get 5%.
Normally if you look at the wording of the discount its on the dongle not the other bits.
Sorry you dont get a good impression but please look at the cost of VCDS and work out which is better.
As you can see from my signature I dont work nor do I have any affiliation with OBD11 other than thinking its a gread device that does what I want it to do.

Thank you for your response. Even just on dongle 5% discount should be €2,50. If something simple like this goes wrong, how about mistakes in coding....  |

Some simple maths in Excel.
euro 1.50 / 5% = euro 25 which is the cost of the Pro license i suspect.
Just check the conditions of the offer.
if you are worried about mistakes in coding don't drive a car its one big computer system with lots of coding, sorry me being flippant, I have been using the tool for over 2 years and only coding issues i have had are my own. There have been issues with communication between dongle and car on older models which I think are now fixed.

You're right; tried some options and discount seems not to apply for Easy Remove version.

Solved: promo code LPYHNURF works for OBDeleven device; 2R2NMFJI worked for OBDeleven device + Easy remove.
