Can I replace the vehicle with new one?

hi all

I bought the OBD Eleven device (non PRO version) few years ago to use with my 8V S3 however I am selling my car and getting the new S5. 

I'd like to be able to use the OBD Eleven with it but my question is can I add more vehicles as I thought the device is locked to a VIN number. 

Is it possible to change the vehicle as in remove old and replace with new one or do I have to purchase a new device?

you can have multiple cars on your account. if you dont want your old one shown in garage select car and swipe to left and it will be removed

Thank you, also, my android phone is total bad so looking to get a new one. If I reinstall the app on another phone, do I just log in with same credentials and it will retain my credits balance, settings etc?

Yes you use the same login credentials and then you'll have all your stuff again since it's stored online

And you can also have multiple devices using the same login as well.
