I change the Comfort blinking from 3 blinks to Four blinks using obd11 and it stayed at 3. I realize I have to reset the light settings in the MIB 2, but if I reset the light settings in MIB 2 will I lose all of my coding that I have done for my turn signals as well?

Short answer is NO. But resetting to "Factory Settings" may change some of the values that you have personally selected in the MENU - so you might want to take note of these before you start and then re-check the MENU values after completing the process.
