I don't know anyone that has made that possible. Either there is an audio confirmation when you lock and unlock, or none at all. I don't think you can have audio feedback when you lock, but not when you unlock.

^^^^ If all you want is to selectively choose which action (i.e. lock/unlock) causes the siren chirp to sound, then do this:
INSTRUCTIONS
- Select Central Electrics (@ address Hex09)
- Select Security Access and enter the magic number 31347
- Select Adaptations and search for Acknowledgement signals
- Select yes for Akustische Rueckmeldung entriegeln if you want acoustic feedback for unlock (select no if sound is not wanted)
- Select yes for Akustische Rueckmeldung verriegeln if you want acoustic feedback for lock (select to no if sound is not wanted)
- Shut-down OBD11 software and remove dongle-cycle ignition key and proceed to step 7.
- In Car Procedure
- Press the CAR button on the RHS of the infotainment screen
- Select SETUP on the bottom RHS of the screen (looks like a cog)
- Select Opening & closing panel
- Confirm that Acoustic confirmation box is ticked.

@ derf
Yes it's possible to chose if you want a chirm for only lock or unlock Please read instruction by dv52 and only follow the steps for which you require Eg if you require sound only on lock enable the lock option only
@ Daniel Yes Daniel you are correct this is what I want But I have been told I can have the horn and the siren
Is this possible ?

ari007: the acoustic confirmation facility for lock/unlock on a mk7 can be from either the car-horn, or the anti-theft siren - but not from both!
The "parent" adaptation channel that controls which device is used is Acknowledgement signals and the "child" channel is Akustische Rueckmeldung Signalhorn. If you want to use the car horn, set the child-channel to active - if you want to use the anti-theft siren chirp, the setting for this child-channel should be not active.

Thanks for your help Don
I understand I can't have both sounds for locking modes
What I mean is if someone tries to steal the car as Daniel said

I do have the OEM siren installed, i do get the chirp sound when activating it for unlocking/locking the car, but when i set Akustische Rueckmeldung Signalhorn to active, nothing happends. I want the car horn to make the honk instead of the alarm to make this chirp sound when lock/unlocking the car. How can i do that?
