I've been searching trying to find how to keep the fog lights on when you turn the high beams on however the only 2 that I have found are older and dont make any sense with what I am seeing in app.
None of the lighting modules *29,39,d6,d7* let me really do anything. 2018 alltrack with Lp if that helps anything
Thanks

Hey, this should be the way to do it, I also have a facelift car:
Module09: Central Electronics
Go to Adaptations
Scroll down to “Aussenlicht_Front” and open it
Find the property that says “Zahl der aktiven Scheinwerfer auf 2 limitieren”
Set its value to: “in Betrieb lassen”

Awesome! Thank you for the reply. I just did it this morning before I headed off to work and it worked perfectly.
I do a lot of back country road driving and the amount of deer and other small critters that like to run out on the road, the more light the better. With the lighting package and matching LED fogs, now I'm a mini sun driving down the road.
Now just waiting for someone to figure out how to remove the NAR headlight restrictions... *way beyond me* from the sounds of it, it's a hardwire issue rather than coding though.

Nice, glad to hear! Yeah, I tried for a bit to change the lights to ECE instead of NAR in 4B (multifunction module) but all that did was cause a ton of errors and the DRLs and turn signals stopped working. Lol. I wish it was as easy as the older Mk7s. It seems VW totally locked down the behavior of the front lights. My best guess is you’d need to access the firmware of Multifunction module, Light Control, and Light Control 2 modules and overwrite it somehow.

^^^^^ And - if you want the fogs to automatically turn-on/off with the high-beam (without needing to pull-out the center part of the rotary light switch) then do THISDon
