Hello, after going to my VW dealer to activate the appconnect + driving selection profile options, i had some issues: the Bluetooth, GPS (factory installed) and my RVC/auto light switch/offroad performance (i made myself) doesn't worked anymore. I went back to the shop, and they were able to reactivate the Bluetooth and the GPS. But in the way back to home, i noticed that my adaptations still didn't worked. I did a obd11 scan to check the errors, and there is none. Also, my adaptations are still ok in the application.
Is there a way to reset my settings, or an adaptation to make, so that everything works again? Or will i need to go back to the shop, with the risk of them saying that these installations were retrofited and not their "problem"?
Thank you

See how I understood it is if you had a SWaP done then Odis would update your firmwares so they are the newest ones then put all the factory options and any previous SWaP as well as the new SWaP, so I would have thought you just re-apply you modifications after

From bottom to top: Yes: Undocumented adaptions by OBD11 are your problems from their point of view. Dealers are encouraged by VW to follow their and their software's guidelines, which do not allow any changes.
Adaptions are not updated by just connecting OBD11 - best way to get an overview on the current state of all adaptions is to make a backup.
And last but not least: Activating a Swap function with ODIS-S includes an SVM-check and rollback on all relevant control modules, which should reset all your changes.

This is what they did to reapply the GPS and Bluetooth, indeed they forgot during the new SWaP to tick the factory options (typical from a french vw shop lol).
one strange thing is that all my previous adaptations for the RVC and the auto light switch are still applied, but seems to be not detected anymore by the car. Usually, ODIS does not affect these kind of settings?
i have try to put the factory adaptations and re-apply my modifications, for example with the RVC: Hex76 -> camera type, the entry was "rearview camera", set to "no camera" -> confirm -> then set back to "rearview camera" and reconfirm. But it doesn't change anything. So as you said, i'm going to try to set everything back to factory and not only one adaptation.

Alright, i will do a backup as soon as i can in the next hour!
I also thought all my changes would be reset after the SWaP, but when i connected obd11 and went into my adaptations, the changes were still applied.

Hello.
Two months ago, when the vw applies the swap code for the drivers profiles the units 1, 9, 13, and others lose all the adaptations and modifications in the bits. Use a backup before of the apply of swap code and applies again.
