mathiev: good question!
It's really simple - "Dimmwert" means "Dimming value" - so Dimmwert AB means the Dimming value of the light function (Lichtfunktion) of whatever setting was entered in Lichtfunktion A and Lichtfunktion B channels. In your picture this means DRL function on the front right-side lamp.
Following this principle - Dimmwert CD means the same but for the Lichtfunktions C and D - in your picture this means the DRL Wink function which dims the DRL lamp whenever the right-side turn signal is operated.

^^wgolf7: another excellent question!
As far as lighting functions are concerned - I'm not aware of any restrictions between LED and Incandescent lamps. Or, said another way - AFAIK any setting that is allowable for any of the 8 x Lichtfunktion channels for LED lamps is also permissible for Incandescent lamps
That said, there are differences in the way that the BCM controls the two lamps - these are in the main related to how the hex09 module is told which lamp is installed in the car (i.e. the setting for the lasttyp channel) and the way that Pulse Width Modulation is used by the module to control dimming (i.e. LED settings appear to use digital control and incandescent settings appear to use analogue control - I think)
In terms of a comparison between the Leuchte-sets in your car and in mathielv's car - I suspect that the variation is cosmetic or perhaps, it may be the result of the different local road rules in the countries where the cars are sold (I don't know this answer).
In mathielv's case, the car has DRL wink on this Leuchte-set whereas in your car, this lamp has Single Sided Parking Lights. It's entirely acceptable for either LED, or Incandescent lamps to have either of these option (or both options) programmed - as long as the correct PWM settings are used and the appropriate priorities are given to the light functions in the Leuchte-set. Such is the power of Leuchte programming!!
