I bought a aftermarket auto light switch with light sensor and sucesfuly turned on coming/leaving home but the problem is I cant get my light/fog light to go on when locking/unlocking, I can only get my daylight to light when locking/unlocking and it glows in about 30% off its power not 100% and it lasts for about 7-10 seconds. If I turn it in obd on manual I can turn my coming home lights( low beem or fog) by flashing my high beeam but I cant make it work like that when locking/unlocking. Anione has some idea? Thanks

^^^cosa: if you are using one of the "Chinese" after-market light-switches, then the light-sensor facility is a separate device that will piggy-back onto the connector on the body of the new rotary switch and the car's normal wiring loom will then plug-into the back of the light-sensor.
Try this: temporarily unplug the light-sensor part and then plug the car's wiring loom connector directly into the connector on the body of the new rotary light switch (i.e. so that the light sensor is not used). What happens to the car's lamps now?

^^ hmm........ OK - not good!!
Very difficult to diagnose third party retrofit devices (particularly the Chinese devices that claim to be OEM but that interfere with the car's native functionality). I assume that you made NO changes to the car's coding after you installed the new rotary light switch/light sensor. If this is true, the only suggestion that I can make is to try resetting the lights to factory settings via the MENU - but I suspect that this will have little impact (nevertheless it's an easy try)!

I believe that CH/LH will not work with hardware that you installed.
OEM installation adds light sensor which is used by the car for various features (dimming button backlights, enabling low beam over DRLs, turning on CH/LH and so on...). OEM sensor data is accessed by control module which then decides if it's dark enough to perform certain action.
On the other hand you have a light switch with integrated light sensor but the sensor is not visible for control modules in the car. It only makes sure that your headlights are on. In other words - if it's dark enough the sensor fakes that your light switch is set to ON same way as if it was done manually by the driver.

Mr-fix...the point is that it does do all off that, dimmig drl lights when turning main, full power off drl when turninng main off, but just when I lock it or unlock it it fires up a dimmed dlr light on front and brake lights on back...so I can say everithing works but I can get low beem/fog light to work just daylight

Features that you are talking about (dimming DRLs when on main beam, etc.) are not linked to light sensor. This is configured with BCM adaptation values. Most likely when you open your car and the light switch is powered, it detects that it's dark and internally turns on the lights. Not CH/LH, just regular lights the same way that you can manually rotate the switch. And since the ignition is not on you will just see parking lights (bright LEDs = DRL; dim LEDs = parking/position lights).
That's my guess.

But it does not react on open/closing door, the light turns on when I lock or unlock with my key, dont know if you understand me, when I didnt put in this auto light switch with sensor I didnt have that. I got an option in my radio coming/leaving but my drl light didnt got on, it hapened when I replaced my oem switch without light sensor with the chinesse one. Dont know if you can understand me
