Xenoesis: The error is just telling you that the Gatwway has detected a control module that isn't registered. The Gateway module @ address hex19 has (amongst its many tasks) the role of coordinating the challenge/response activity with the other modules - it's a kind-of master controller for the other modules. To undertake this role. the Gateway uses a Gateway list which registers ALL of the other modules with which it must communicate. Somehow on your car the Gateway list has been corrupted (one, or more modules has been deleted from the list), or a new module has been installed in the car Your scan will have another module (or multiple modules) that has an error saying that it could not communicate with the Gateway module. The missing module can also be found from the Control Units screen (see the picture below) because it will have a black circle around its hex address - notice the Engine module in the picture below has the black circle
Once you have the identity of the missing module - to fix the problem, add it to the Gateway list by adding a tick next to its name using the process below

^^^ hmm................ without a Terminal 15 voltage (i.e. ignition-on) the modules that are ticked in the Gateway list will be shown, but they won't respond when polled . that's just the way that the CAN bus is designed.
I'm guessing that you solved the hex 5F problem by reverting the long code back to original value?
The copy of the scan report that you posted earlier is a fairly fulsome list of modules - which modules don't "load" when the ignition is switched on?

hmm........ OK, now I'm confused - those modules are included in your scan above. Let's get a common understanding of what is meant by modules "aren't loaded" -please

Wow -that's real odd! I assume that everything in the car works and that you are not getting any error messages. If so, then it's clearly a problem with OBD11. Have you tried clearing the APP cache on the tablet/mobile phone before running OBD11 software?
