Hi,
i have a problem with my device. I plug the device in my car, paired with my phone (galaxy s6 edge with android 6.0.1), create password and activated the PRO version with the code received with the device. Finally i insert the VIN code of my car. All ok. But when i click "Connect" after i while the app tell me to turn on the ignition, but the ignition is already on. I don't see any yellow blinking light, but a fix red light. How can i do? Thank you very much

^^ ^^^ twinturbo: if you are not seeing a blinking yellow light, then the dongle's "heart" is not beating (cardiac arrest)! Have you paired the dongle with the tablet/mobile phone correctly (do you remember being asked for a bluetooth pin number and do you recall entering "1234")? Have you made sure that bluetooth is enabled (you should see the bluetooth symbol at the top of the screen)?

Yes my BT is activated. I insert the code (in quick start guide is 1234). I have a galaxy S6 edge eith android 6.0.1. But I have a doubt. May be that it went in conflict with Discover Media BT?

Hi, today i try with another phone but don't work. Is possible that the device/app is not compatible with the my2017 of mk7?

I now have the same issue. It was working fine a few weeks ago. It is paired and Bluetooth enabled but wont connect. Any help would be appreciated

Nevermind, i figured it out. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and allow location access. Not sure if uninstalling and reinstalling the app is needed.

I am having the exact same problem. I just can't connect and have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I'm staying red.

Now I've connected, but can't access any modules. So connecting doesn't much matter.
