When I turn on my low beams the DRL LED gets dimmer. Is there a away to increase the DRL LED brightness? I don't want to make it look like it does during the day since that would be too bright for other drivers but I would like to increase the brightness a bit so it looks better (aesthetically).

So be disciplined in your modification - please!
The longer answer is - try this:
- Select the Central electrics module @ address hex09
- Select Security access
- Enter the magic number 31347
- Select Adaptations
- Search for Leuchte2SL VLB10 (left-side DRL) and select Lichtfunktion A 2
- Only if the setting is Standlicht allgemein (Schlusslicht: Positionslicht: Begrenzungslicht) proceed with the next steps
- Select Dimmwert AB 2. This is the DRL dimming level for headlight-on illumination and it should be factory set at 26 - raise value to an aesthetically pleasing number (not too high-please)
- Repeat V. above for Leuchte3SL VRB21 (right-side DRL) and Dimmwert AB 3

I appreciate it! I set it at 32. 35 was too high and it was set to 30 already. I think the previous owner might have changed it if you say the factory setting is 26.

I just did mine yesterday, but when I tried to lower it below 35 it just goes out. So left it at 35...
